As a multimodal fitness expert, I work dynamically with each of my clients to tailor each workout to your unique needs, goals and often to your mood. Exercise should be dynamic, exciting and fun. Changing up your routine is the only way to keep your muscles guessing, and your mind engaged. I'm a Certified Master Fitness Trainer, Mike Boyle Certified Functional Strength Coach, STOTT® Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I am also a Certified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Trainer. I have a broad background and a vast repertoire of effective and meaningful fitness routines to work from based on what you need, and what you genuinely enjoy. I also hold certifications in Kettlebell Instruction, SPINNING®, TRX® Suspension, and GRAVITY System®.

I love working with all fitness levels and goals, and I specialize in nutrition and lifestyle coaching, training clients new to exercise, expectant and new mothers, clients seeking to use and infuse Pilates and yoga into their workouts, and high intensity circuit training.
