Meet Jenn Menzer
Jenn is a multi-modal health and fitness expert who has been improving lives in the Boston area since 2001. Pulling from her exhaustively diverse fitness expertise, Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Counseling practice, Jenn creates truly customized and effective fitness and nutritional programming that will change your life. Part coach, concierge, educator, and 100% motivator; Jenn is your greatest health-enabler. Thankfully Jenn is also from Long Island, so you’ll also get a healthy dose of humor and delightfully direct banter to keep you motivated and entertained all while she sneakily propels you through plateaus.

Jenn's start in fitness
As a kid, Jenn was a more cerebral student and would constantly try to avoid gym class. However, at the age of 15, her mom took her to a group exercise class and a spark was set. Jenn began taking classes daily, and two years later at the age of 17, she began teaching group exercise part time while at college.
Jenn graduated from NYU with her BA in Psychology and continued to teach group exercise during her postgraduate work at Northeastern University where she graduated with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. After three years of a professional career in the psychology, Jenn realized that her true passion was integrated health and wellness. She decided to switch gears into a career where she would be able to truly support clients in a more holistic manner, as they made meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.
Jenn earned her certification as a Personal Trainer, and accepted a role as the Assistant Fitness Director and Personal Trainer at Healthworks in Boston, MA. In 2009, Jenn purchased Saldare Body Therapy located in Boston’s South End, where she and her highly trained staff continue to help others improve their quality of life every day!
Jenn enjoys working with all fitness levels, and her specialties include nutrition and lifestyle coaching, training clients new to exercise as well as clients with (or recovering from) injuries. Jenn works with expectant and new mothers, clients seeking private Pilates and yoga instruction, and high-intensity circuit training.
