Oatie Bites Adapted from Heather Eats Almond Butter Makes 12-15 bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats.
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins: chocolate/carob chips, dried fruit
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°.

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Scoop a tbsp amount of dough onto parchment or cookie sheet lined with foil or cooking spray.

Bake 10-12 minutes.

Allow to cool on cooling rack.
