As an Integrative Nutrition Coach and Fitness Trainer, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I am here to help you feel more at home in your own skin.

In a way that is flexible, fun and free of black and white thinking. Together, we'll remove unhealthy expectations and the words "should, ought, and must" from your vocabulary. Recognizing what habits, foods and relationships are no longer serving you is the heart of our work. Using a mindful approach to moderation, we will discover the food, fitness and lifestyle choices that best support you. We will practice and reinforce new, more nourishing habits. The journey may seem daunting, but together we'll begin making gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

A Holistic Approach

I practice a holistic approach to health, nutrition and lifestyle counseling. This means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect the whole.

My Approach to Nutrition

Primary Foods vs. Secondary Foods

Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat tends to fall into place and becomes secondary.

YOUR Unique Chemistry, A look at BIO-INDIVIDUALITY

The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has their own nutritional needs. So when the experts say, “dairy is good for you” or “carbs are unhealthy,” it’s too much of a generalization. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets don’t work in the long run. I look at your age, health, activity level, profession and social life to determine your nutritional needs.

I work to co-create a community atmosphere of support, motivational accountability and fun with a custom, holistic program that addresses the individual and the group. With my background as an AADP Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, and as a Certified Master Fitness Trainer I am particularly adept at working with a diverse range of interests and abilities, to get your team working stronger, healthier and happier.
